Landing Platform vs Function Point: agency ops plus growth

Your agency tool plans the work. Who wins the next client?

Function Point runs projects, time, estimates and invoicing for creative agencies. Landing does that and runs the side that fills the pipeline: CRM, email campaigns and flows, AI landing pages, a helpdesk, HR and a client portal, on the same record as the work.

Landing suits you if

  • You want marketing and sales on the same record as delivery
  • You want timesheets that fill themselves from Outlook overnight
  • You want one subscription instead of an agency tool plus a marketing stack

Where the stack grows back.

Function Point covers delivery well. The growth side still lives somewhere else.

Marketing on a different login

Your email campaigns, landing pages and forms sit in other tools, so the leads they win never meet the jobs they turn into.

The good reports cost more

Advanced BI, custom reports and the QuickBooks Online integration are on its higher Optimize plan, not the entry one.

A fee before you start

Function Point lists an onboarding fee for new customers on top of the per-user price, with the amount not published.

Landing Platform vs Function Point, line by line.

On delivery Landing does the everyday work Function Point does, with timesheets that fill themselves. Then it runs marketing, sales and service on the same record.

What it costs, side by side.

Function Point charges every user on a plan with a set feature list, with the richer reporting a tier up. Landing charges full price only for the people who run the work, and every Growth feature comes with the plan.

Switching is our job, not yours.

We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.

Step 1

We map your stack

Show us your Function Point setup and the tools around it. We agree what moves where, and what "ready" means for each tool, before you commit to anything.

Step 2

We move Function Point across

We bring your clients, contacts, open projects, estimates and time history across as part of the switch, and rebuild your rates and retainers. We check every live project matches before you switch off.

Step 3

You sign it off

Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.

Free monthsEvery £1,000 a month you switch off earns a free month, up to three.
Billing starts when it's readyWe prove the switch works before your first invoice.
OnboardingOne month's fee, from £500, paid when your first switch is signed off.
Price lockedYour yearly price is locked for two years.

But we already use Function Point.

Fair. Here are the questions agencies ask us most when they weigh it up.

Is Landing built for how a creative agency works?

Yes. Briefs live on the project, estimates become budgets once the client signs, retainers carry unused hours up to a cap, and every hour is costed at the person's real rate so margin updates as you go. We built it to run our own agency and still do.

What does Landing add on the marketing side?

Email campaigns and flows, forms, pop-ups, pages and sites on Core, with AI pages, social and SMS on Growth. Every lead lands on the same record as the deal and the project it becomes.

Do we need a finance integration to see profit?

No. Profit per client reads straight from timesheets costed at real rates and the invoices raised from them, on the same record. It's part of Growth, not a higher tier.

Who needs a full seat?

Only the people who run the work every day. Everyone who logs time, picks up tasks and approves is a Member, from £4 a month, and clients are free.

Retainers running hot?

The free retainer health tracker shows which clients will overrun before the month ends.

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
