Landing Platform vs Klipfolio: dashboards with no connectors

Stop maintaining connectors to your own business.

Klipfolio gives you room to build almost any dashboard, as long as you connect the data and keep it flowing. Landing already holds the data: CRM, projects, timesheets, invoicing, email, commerce and web analytics. Ask for a chart in plain English and share it on a link that keeps itself current.

Landing suits you if

  • You'd rather ask for a chart than write formulas for one
  • You don't want to ration dashboards by plan
  • You want the numbers and the work in the same system

Where the dashboard work piles up.

Building the first dashboard is fun. Keeping forty of them fed is a job.

Connectors to look after

Every dashboard depends on a data connection to another tool, and each one needs setting up and keeping healthy.

Dashboards by the tier

Plans are sized by the number of dashboards, with refresh speed tied to the tier, and more dashboards cost extra.

Branding costs extra

A custom domain, a custom theme or a white-label bundle are priced as add-ons.

Landing Platform vs Klipfolio, line by line.

Klipfolio is a flexible dashboard builder for data from anywhere. Landing is the system the data lives in, with the dashboards built in.

Switching is our job, not yours.

We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.

Step 1

We map your reports

Show us the Klipfolio reports people actually open, and the tools behind them. We agree which move, which retire, and what "ready" means for each, before you commit to anything.

Step 2

We rebuild them on live data

We move your data as part of the switch, then rebuild your key klips as Studio dashboards. Because the CRM, timesheets, invoices and campaigns already live in Landing, most tiles need no connector at all. We check each one against the figure you trust today.

Step 3

You sign it off

Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.

Free monthsEvery £1,000 a month you switch off earns a free month, up to three.
Billing starts when it's readyWe prove the switch works before your first invoice.
OnboardingOne month's fee, from £500, paid when your first switch is signed off.
Price lockedYour yearly price is locked for two years.

But we already use Klipfolio.

Fair. Here are the questions teams ask us most when they're weighing it up.

Do we lose flexibility without formulas?

You swap formulas for questions. Ratios, shares of total, running totals and change on the previous period are all built in, and named metrics like "billable %" mean the same thing on every tile.

How fresh is the data?

Your own data in Landing is live. A shared dashboard is a snapshot that republishes itself hourly or daily, so a client link is always recent and never runs a query when someone opens it.

Is there a limit on dashboards?

No. Dashboards are unlimited on every plan that includes them.

What about data from tools we keep?

Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Microsoft 365 connect directly. Anything else comes in as a file, or as an Excel sheet from a share link that Landing re-reads.

Tracking project budgets in a spreadsheet?

Get the free project budget tracker and watch hours against budget.

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
