Landing Platform vs Accelo: client work plus the rest

Client work pays the bills. Something has to find the clients.

Accelo manages client work: projects, retainers, resourcing and billing. Landing runs that and the marketing, CRM, HR, helpdesk and commerce around it, on one record with a published price.

Landing suits you if

  • You want client work and the marketing that wins it in one system
  • You want HR and leave on the same record as capacity
  • You want to see the price before you book the demo

Where client work management stops.

Accelo connects delivery and billing. It connects to the rest.

Marketing sits outside

Campaigns, forms and landing pages run in another tool, so new clients arrive by integration.

HR through an integration

Leave and people data come from a connected HR app such as HiBob or BambooHR, not the same record as capacity.

No public price

Pricing is based on team size and growth goals, and you get it in a sales conversation.

Landing Platform vs Accelo, line by line.

Level on client work and billing. Then Landing runs the teams that surround it.

What it costs, side by side.

Accelo quotes on team size and growth goals. Landing publishes its prices and charges full price only for the people who work in it every day.

Switching is our job, not yours.

We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.

Step 1

We map your stack

Show us how you use Accelo and the tools around it. We agree what moves where, and what "ready" means for each tool, before you commit to anything.

Step 2

We move Accelo across

We move your clients, contacts, projects, retainers, tickets and time history across as part of the switch, and reconcile retainer balances and invoices with you before you switch off.

Step 3

You sign it off

Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.

Free monthsEvery £1,000 a month you switch off earns a free month, up to three.
Billing starts when it's readyWe prove the switch works before your first invoice.
OnboardingOne month's fee, from £500, paid when your first switch is signed off.
Price lockedYour yearly price is locked for two years.

But Accelo already joins up our client work.

It does. Here is what teams ask about everything around it.

Can Landing run retainers the way we do?

Set monthly hours, close each month, and carry unused hours into the next up to the cap your policy allows. Time banks for clients who buy hours up front, and a utilisation report per retainer.

Does Landing include a CRM?

Yes: contacts, companies, deals and pipelines, with quotes, statements of work and e-signature, all on the same record as the projects.

Can clients raise tickets and see their work?

Yes. Clients raise and follow tickets from the same portal as their projects and invoices, in your brand, and clients are free.

How much will it cost us?

You can work it out on our pricing page now: Builders pay full price, Members from £4 a month.

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
