Compare / ReferralCandy

Keep the referrals. Drop the success fee.

ReferralCandy runs referral and affiliate programmes for online stores, for a monthly fee plus a share of each new customer's first orders. Landing runs referral and affiliate programmes with no cut of the sale, on the same record as your orders, email flows and support.

Landing suits you if

  • You want referral revenue without a percentage going to the tool
  • You want referrals and orders on the same customer record
  • You want one app fewer on the store

Where the referral bill grows.

The better the programme works, the more it costs.

A fee on every new customer

Each plan adds a success fee of 10.5% to 0.25% on a new customer's first three orders.

A bigger fee as you grow

Higher volume means moving to a plan with a bigger fixed monthly fee, and each extra store is another monthly charge.

One more app

Advocates and rewards live in the referral app, synced out to the email tool and the store.

Landing Platform vs ReferralCandy, line by line.

ReferralCandy is a focused referral app. Landing runs the programme on the same system as the rest of the business.

What it costs, side by side.

ReferralCandy charges a monthly fee plus a percentage of each new referred customer's first three orders. Landing charges for the people who work in it, and takes no percentage of the sale.

Work out your own price

Example team: two people who run the store and the marketing every day, four in customer service and fulfilment. Advocates and affiliates are free. ReferralCandy lists its prices in dollars, so we show them as published rather than converting.

Switching is our job, not yours.

We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.

Step 1

We map your stack

Show us your ReferralCandy setup and the tools around it. We agree what moves where, and what "ready" means for each tool, before you commit to anything.

Step 2

We move your programme across

Advocates, their codes, commission rules and past referrals come across, so nobody's code stops working and totals carry on. We move your data as part of the switch.

Step 3

You sign it off

Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.

Free monthsEvery £1,000 a month you switch off earns a free month, up to three.
Billing starts when it's readyWe prove the switch works before your first invoice.
OnboardingOne month's fee, from £500, paid when your first switch is signed off.
Price lockedYour yearly price is locked for two years.

But ReferralCandy is so easy to install.

It is. Here is what store owners ask us before they switch.

Does Landing take a percentage of referred sales?

No. There is no success fee. You pay for the people on your team who work in Landing and for the contacts you market to, and the first 2,500 contacts are free.

Will it work with our Shopify store?

Yes. A referred sale reaches Landing through a signed server call from your store, and an advocate's coupon code attributes it even when nobody clicked a link.

Can advocates see what they have earned?

Yes. Each one gets a portal in your brand with their link, their code, creatives and every click, referral and payout as it happens.

Can we keep the codes our advocates already share?

Yes. We bring advocates and their codes across as part of the switch, so codes already in circulation keep working.

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
