Landing Platform vs Front: shared inbox joined to delivery
Front turns shared email into a team inbox, priced per seat, with AI copilots and QA as per-seat add-ons. Landing gives you the shared inbox and live chat, and puts them on the same record as the CRM, the projects and the invoices that email is really about.

Landing suits you if
- Your client email needs to turn into delivery work
- You want sales, service and delivery on one record
- You'd rather not pay per seat for each AI feature
Where the inbox hands off.
Front gets the email to the right person. What they do next happens elsewhere.
Forward to the project tool
A change request arrives in the inbox, then someone re-types it into the board and links the two by hand.
Seat caps by plan
Plans carry seat limits, and AI features like Copilot and Smart QA are per-seat add-ons below the top tier.
A CRM on the side
The inbox shows the conversation. The pipeline, the contract and the unpaid invoice live in other tools you integrate.
Landing Platform vs Front, line by line.
Landing does the shared inbox and chat Front is known for, and adds the CRM, projects and billing the email is about.

Plan tags show where a feature starts on Landing: Core, Growth or Scale. Front details reflect its publicly available plans as of 2026; check current details on its own site.
What it costs, side by side.
Front charges per seat, with AI and QA features as per-seat add-ons below Enterprise. On Landing you pay for the people who work in it every day, clients are free, and AI draws from the pool your seats fill.

Front, as it lists it
Front's plans, as listed on their site, September 2026, billed annually.
And still to buy separately: the CRM, projects, invoicing and a client portal.
a month on Landing, billed yearly, ex VAT
Includes the shared inbox, live chat, help centre, SLAs, AI (credits), CRM, sequences, projects, invoices and a client portal.
Work out your own priceExample team: four people who run accounts and support every day, four who pick up work from the inbox, log time and approve. Landing prices are in pounds; Front lists its prices in dollars, so we show both as published rather than converting. Credits for AI, SMS and lookups come from a shared pool each Builder adds to.
Switching is our job, not yours.
We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.
We map your inboxes
Show us your Front inboxes, rules, tags and templates, and where work goes after the email. We agree what "ready" means first.
We move Front across
Conversations and contacts come across with their history, rules become assignment rules and templates become macros. We move your data as part of the switch.
You sign it off
Your team works real email in Landing first. Billing starts only when it meets your criteria. Then we move the next tool.
But we already use Front.
Fair. Here are the questions teams ask us most when they're weighing it up.
Can several people work the same shared address?
Yes. support@, hello@ and any other shared address land in one queue, assigned by rule, with every conversation owned and timed so nothing sits unanswered.
We use Front with our CRM already. What changes?
The integration goes away. On Landing the email is already on the contact, the company and the deal, and a request can become a project card in one click.
How is AI priced on Landing?
No per-seat AI add-ons and no per-conversation fee. AI draws on the shared credit pool your Builder seats fill.
Do clients need an account to email us?
No. Clients email and chat as guests, and guests are free. They can log in to their portal to follow tickets, projects and invoices if you want them to.
Tracking billable time on client requests?

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
Turn the client email into work you can bill.
Thirty minutes on your own inboxes. We'll show an email becoming a tracked task on the client's record, with your price.
