Live chat that answers from your help centre, then lands in your CRM.

LiveChat is a dedicated chat tool, priced per person, with its AI agent sold through a separate product. Landing's live chat has an AI assistant that answers from your own help centre and catalogue, and every chat lands on the contact your CRM, email and checkout already share.

Landing suits you if

  • You want chat answers drawn from your own help centre
  • You want every chat to become a contact, lead or deal by itself
  • You want the helpdesk and help centre in the same plan

Where the chat window stops.

The conversation goes well. Then it has to go somewhere.

AI in another product

LiveChat's AI agent comes through a separate product, priced per user.

Chats that need copying

A good chat becomes a lead only when someone pushes it to the CRM through an integration.

A help centre elsewhere

Chat, ticketing and a knowledge base are separate tools in the same family, each on its own bill.

Landing Platform vs LiveChat, line by line.

On live chat Landing is level with LiveChat. The AI, the help centre, the helpdesk and the CRM are in the same plan.

What it costs, side by side.

LiveChat charges per person, with its AI agent sold separately per user. On Landing the chat, AI, helpdesk and help centre come in one plan, and visitors who chat are free.

Work out your own price

Example team: four people who answer chat and follow up leads every day. Landing prices are in pounds; LiveChat lists its prices in dollars, so we show both as published rather than converting. Credits for AI, SMS and lookups come from a shared pool each Builder adds to.

Switching is our job, not yours.

We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.

Step 1

We map your chat

Show us your LiveChat groups, canned responses, chat routing and the tools a chat goes to next. We agree what "ready" means first.

Step 2

We move LiveChat across

Chat history and contacts come across, canned responses become macros, and we build the help centre your AI assistant answers from. We move your data as part of the switch.

Step 3

You sign it off

The widget goes live on your site and your team answers real chats. Billing starts only when it meets your criteria. Then we move the next tool.

Free monthsEvery £1,000 a month you switch off earns a free month, up to three.
Billing starts when it's readyWe prove the switch works before your first invoice.
OnboardingOne month's fee, from £500, paid when your first switch is signed off.
Price lockedYour yearly price is locked for two years.

But we already use LiveChat.

Fair. Here are the questions teams ask us most when they're weighing it up.

Where does the AI get its answers?

From your own published help-centre articles, with links to the ones it used, and from your product catalogue. When it can't help, or the visitor asks, it hands over to a person.

What happens to a chat after it ends?

It stays on the contact. From there it can open a deal, join an email flow or become a ticket, with nothing to sync.

Do we pay for AI per user?

No. AI draws on the shared credit pool your Builder seats fill, the same pool as the rest of your AI.

Can a visitor ask for a call instead?

Yes. When someone submits a form, your own line rings and they are connected the moment someone answers, with consent and daily limits built in.

Following up the leads chat brings in?

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
