Landing Platform vs Tidio: chat and AI answers joined to CRM

Chat and AI answers that count customers, not conversations.

Tidio is live chat and an AI agent for small businesses, priced by billable conversations, with Lyro AI and Flows sold as their own add-ons. Landing gives you chat and AI answers from your help centre, on the same record as your CRM, email flows and checkout.

Landing suits you if

  • You don't want a cap on the conversations you answer
  • You want AI answers from your own help centre
  • You want chat, email and the shop on one customer

Where the chat plan runs out.

Tidio is quick to start. The limits show up as you grow.

Plans counted in conversations

Each plan includes a number of billable conversations, so a busy month means a bigger plan.

AI and automation as add-ons

Lyro AI is priced by Lyro conversations, and Flows by visitors reached, each on top of the chat plan.

A chat, then a spreadsheet

A chat that turns into a lead still needs a CRM and an email tool to go anywhere.

Landing Platform vs Tidio, line by line.

Landing does the chat and AI answers Tidio is known for, and joins them to the CRM, email and store.

What it costs, side by side.

Tidio charges by billable conversations, then adds Lyro and Flows by usage. On Landing you pay for the people who answer, visitors are free, and AI draws from the pool your seats fill.

Work out your own price

Example team: two people who answer chat and run the shop every day, two who help at busy times and approve refunds. Landing prices are in pounds; Tidio lists its prices in dollars, so we show both as published rather than converting. Credits for AI, SMS and lookups come from a shared pool each Builder adds to.

Switching is our job, not yours.

We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.

Step 1

We map your chat setup

Show us your Tidio chat, Lyro answers and Flows, and where a lead goes next. We agree what "ready" means first.

Step 2

We move Tidio across

Contacts and chat history come across, and Lyro's answers become help-centre articles your AI assistant answers from. We move your data as part of the switch.

Step 3

You sign it off

The widget goes live and your team answers real chats. Billing starts only when it meets your criteria. Then we move the next tool.

Free monthsEvery £1,000 a month you switch off earns a free month, up to three.
Billing starts when it's readyWe prove the switch works before your first invoice.
OnboardingOne month's fee, from £500, paid when your first switch is signed off.

But we already use Tidio.

Fair. Here are the questions teams ask us most when they're weighing it up.

Is there a limit on conversations?

No. Landing charges for the people who answer, not the number of chats. Visitors who chat are guests, and guests are free.

How does the AI know what to say?

It answers from your own help-centre articles, citing them, and from your product catalogue, and hands over to a person when it should.

We're a small team. Is this too much?

You start with two Builders, and everything else stays out of the way until you switch it on. Most small teams begin with chat and email, then bring in the store.

Can a chat turn into a sale?

Yes. The chat lands on a contact, the assistant can show products with product cards, and the visitor can book a call or check out on the same record.

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
