Landing Platform vs Friendbuy: referrals joined to orders and CRM
Friendbuy runs referral, loyalty and influencer programmes for consumer brands, joined to your store and email tools by integration. Landing runs referral and creator programmes on the same record as your checkout, subscriptions, email and SMS flows and support, so nothing needs syncing.

Landing suits you if
- You want referrals and creators paid from the same engine
- You want subscriptions, email and support on the same record
- You want a published price instead of a sales meeting
Where the integrations take over.
A referral programme is only as good as the data it can see.
A meeting before a price
Friendbuy does not publish pricing. Getting a number starts with booking a meeting.
Held together by integrations
The programme connects to the store, the email tool, the SMS tool, the subscriptions app and the customer data platform: as many as five systems to keep in step.
Rewards away from the flow
Who referred whom sits in the referral platform, so segments and flows in your email tool depend on a sync.
Landing Platform vs Friendbuy, line by line.

What it costs, side by side.
Friendbuy sells by quote, after a meeting. Landing publishes its price, charges for the people who work in it, and advocates and creators are free.

And still to buy separately: the subscriptions app, the email and SMS tools, and the helpdesk.
a month on Landing, billed yearly, ex VAT
Includes referral and creator programmes, commissions and payouts, checkout, subscriptions, email and SMS flows, a helpdesk and attribution to revenue.
Work out your own priceExample team: five people in ecommerce, retention and partnerships who work in Landing every day, ten in customer service and operations. Advocates, affiliates and creators are free.
Switching is our job, not yours.
We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.
We map your stack
Show us your Friendbuy setup and the tools around it. We agree what moves where, and what "ready" means for each tool, before you commit to anything.
We move your programme across
Advocates and creators, their links and codes, reward rules and past referrals come across, matched to the customers they brought in. We move your data as part of the switch.
You sign it off
Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.
But Friendbuy does referral and more.
Here is what consumer brands ask us when they compare the two.
Can customers and creators use the same programme engine?
Yes. Run a programme for customer referrals and another for creators and affiliates, per brand if you have several, each with its own sign-up, approval, commission rules and creatives.
How do we avoid paying out on refunded orders?
Every commission waits out a refund holdback before it can be paid, 30 days unless you set your own, so a returned order never earns a reward.
Will it work with our Shopify store?
Yes. Referred sales reach Landing through a signed server call from your store, and an advocate's code attributes the sale even without a link click.
What happens to our referral history?
It comes with you. We bring advocates, codes and past referrals across as part of the switch, and check a real referred order end to end before anything is switched off.

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
