Landing Platform vs Instapage: pages without visitor caps

Pay for the team that builds the pages, not the visitors who read them.

Instapage is a capable page builder with contacts and email attached, priced on unique monthly visitors. Landing builds and tests the pages too, then runs the CRM, email, checkout, projects and profit that sit behind every campaign.

Landing suits you if

  • You run paid campaigns and hate the bill rising with the traffic
  • You want pages, leads, deals and orders on one record
  • You want tests measured to revenue, with statistics you can trust

Where the caps bite.

Instapage gives you good pages. The plan decides how many people can see them.

Visitors set the plan

Each plan carries a unique monthly visitor limit, so success on a campaign is also a reason to upgrade.

Limits on the rest

Plans cap pages per collection, subdomains, workspaces and email sends a day and a month.

Tests on the upper plans

A/B testing starts on Optimize, and heatmaps only on the custom Convert plan.

Landing Platform vs Instapage, line by line.

Landing matches Instapage on the page and the test. Then it keeps going, into the pipeline, the inbox and the invoice.

Plan tags show where a feature starts on Landing: Core, Growth or Scale. Instapage details reflect its publicly available plans as of 2026; check current details on its own site.

What it costs, side by side.

Instapage sells visitor bands. Landing sells seats for the people who work in it, and your first 2,500 contacts are free.

Work out your own price

Example team: three people who build pages and run campaigns, four who follow up leads and approve work. Scale is billed yearly. Instapage lists its prices in dollars, so we show them as published rather than converting.

Switching is our job, not yours.

We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.

Step 1

We map your stack

Show us your Instapage setup and the tools around it. We agree what moves where, and what "ready" means for each tool, before you commit to anything.

Step 2

We move Instapage across

We rebuild your live pages and forms on Landing, keep your domains and URLs, and bring your contacts in. We check every page and form against the original before you switch off.

Step 3

You sign it off

Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.

Free monthsEvery £1,000 a month you switch off earns a free month, up to three.
Billing starts when it's readyWe prove the switch works before your first invoice.
OnboardingOne month's fee, from £500, paid when your first switch is signed off.
Price lockedYour yearly price is locked for two years.

But we already use Instapage.

Fair. Here are the questions teams ask us most when they're weighing it up.

Does Landing have Instapage-style personalisation for ads?

Landing targets tests by page, device, location, source and behaviour, so the visitor from each campaign can see the variation meant for them. And because every form posts into the CRM, you see which ad produced which deal, not just which page converted.

What happens to our visitor limits?

There aren't any. Landing is priced per Builder and Member, plus contacts after the first 2,500 free. A campaign that doubles your traffic doesn't change the bill.

Instapage already sends email. Why switch?

Its email sits beside the pages. Landing's sits on the same record as your deals, tickets and orders, so a flow can skip someone who is already in a live deal, open a deal when a lead scores, or ring your team the moment a form is filled.

Can our clients or stakeholders see the results?

Yes. Guests and clients are free, and your clients get a portal in your brand with their projects, invoices and deliverables.

Planning next quarter's campaigns?

Use the free marketing budget template to plan spend by channel and month.

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
