Landing Platform vs Jotform: forms joined to CRM and email
Jotform builds almost any form you can think of. Landing builds the form and the follow-through: the answer lands on a contact and a deal, starts an email flow, books the call or rings your team, and the signature is kept with evidence anyone can verify.

Landing suits you if
- You want every submission in a real CRM, not a spreadsheet
- You want forms, email and pages on one brand kit
- You want to stop watching a monthly submission count
Where the form ends and the work begins.
The form is easy. Everything after it is copy and paste.
Caps on every plan
Jotform plans cap forms, submissions, uploads, payments and signed documents each month, and the next tier is the fix.
One user per plan
The published plans are single-user. A team needs Enterprise.
Answers that sit still
Submissions wait in a table until someone copies them into the CRM, the email tool and the calendar.
Landing Platform vs Jotform, line by line.
On building forms, Landing is ready for the everyday work. The difference is where the answers go.

What it costs, side by side.
Jotform charges per plan, with caps on forms, submissions, payments and signatures, for one user. Landing charges for the people who work in it every day, with no submission cap.

Jotform, as it lists it
How Jotform is sold, as its pricing page listed it, September 2026.
And still to buy separately: a CRM, an email platform, a booking tool and a page builder.
a month on Landing, billed yearly, ex VAT
Includes forms with signatures and video uploads, CRM, email flows, booking, pages, documents, checkout and invoicing.
Work out your own priceExample team: three people who build forms, pages and flows every day, ten who handle the leads, log time and approve. Everyone who fills in a form is free.
Switching is our job, not yours.
We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.
We map your stack
Show us your Jotform forms and where their answers go. We agree what moves where, and what "ready" means for each form, before you commit.
We rebuild your forms
We rebuild each form in Landing with its logic, fields and branding, map every answer to the CRM, and bring past submissions and contacts across by CSV. We test every form end to end before you switch Jotform off.
You sign it off
Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.
But our forms already work in Jotform.
Fair. These are the questions teams ask us most before they move their forms.
Is there a limit on submissions?
No monthly submission cap. You pay for the people who build and work in Landing, and for marketing contacts you email or text, with the first 2,500 free.
Can a form collect a signature that stands up?
Yes. The wording is fingerprinted and checked at submit, every signature is kept in a record that cannot be rewritten, and there is a certificate anyone can verify on a public page.
What happens straight after someone submits?
Whatever you set: the answer lands on a contact with its source, a deal opens, an email flow starts, a call gets booked, or Landing rings your team and connects the person the moment they submit.
Do people who only review or approve need a full seat?
No. People who approve, comment and log time are Members, from £4 a month. Clients who review work in their portal are guests, and guests are free.

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
Forms that do the follow-up for you.
Thirty minutes on your own forms. We will rebuild one on the call and show you where the answers land.
