Landing Platform vs Loomly: approvals inside the business

Approvals are only half the story. The client, the brief and the invoice are the rest.

Loomly gives teams a calm place to plan and approve posts. Landing puts that calendar inside the system that also holds the client, the brand kit, the email and pages, the hours spent and the invoice. Your clients see their calendar and creative in your branded portal, free.

Landing suits you if

  • You run content for several brands or clients
  • You want approvals next to the brief, the hours and the bill
  • You want creative made from each brand kit, not sourced per post

Where the calendar ends.

A strong approvals tool, and a stack around it.

A calendar per workflow

Posts are approved in Loomly, but the brief, the hours and the invoice live in three other tools that never see the approval.

Brands kept by hand

Each client brand is a set of files and notes someone has to remember, so on-brand depends on who is posting that day.

Bigger plan for more accounts

Loomly is sold by social accounts and users per plan, so more clients means the next tier up.

Landing Platform vs Loomly, line by line.

Landing covers the calendar and approvals work day to day. What it adds is the business the calendar belongs to.

Work out your own price

Example team: four people who plan and publish for clients every day, eight who create, review and log time. Clients follow their work in the portal as free guests.

Switching is our job, not yours.

We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.

Step 1

We map your stack

Show us your Loomly calendars, your approval flow and the tools around them. We agree what moves where, and what "ready" means for each, before you commit.

Step 2

We move you across

We set up a brand pack per client from their website, reconnect each social profile and rebuild your approval flow. Your clients get a portal login, and we check every calendar publishes before you switch Loomly off.

Step 3

You sign it off

Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.

Free monthsEvery £1,000 a month you switch off earns a free month, up to three.
Billing starts when it's readyWe prove the switch works before your first invoice.
OnboardingOne month's fee, from £500, paid when your first switch is signed off.
Price lockedYour yearly price is locked for two years.

But our clients like approving in Loomly.

Fair. These are the questions content teams and agencies ask us most.

Can clients see their content without paying for a seat?

Yes. Clients are guests, and guests are free. They see their social calendar, marketing calendar and creatives in a portal under your logo and colours, next to their projects, invoices and tickets. You can open a calendar for a client to add to, one calendar at a time.

How do you keep several brands separate?

Each brand keeps its own logo, voice, domains, emails, pages and calendar. Access profiles decide who on your team, and which client, sees each one.

Can we see what the content work costs us?

Yes. Time logged against a client sits on the same record as the calendar, and on Growth profit per client is costed at each person's real rate.

Do people who only review or approve need a full seat?

No. People who approve, comment and log time are Members, from £4 a month. Clients who review work in their portal are guests, and guests are free.

Pricing a content retainer?

Use the free retainer health tracker to see if the hours still cover the fee.

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
