Landing Platform vs Postscript: SMS joined to email and CRM
Postscript is SMS marketing built for Shopify brands, priced by the message. Landing puts SMS and email in the same flows, on one record with your orders, support tickets and deals, and adds the helpdesk, checkout and team tools around them.

Landing suits you if
- You want SMS and email planned together, in one flow
- You want texts that respect open support tickets
- You want the helpdesk and CRM in the same login
Where a text-only tool leaves gaps.
Postscript does SMS. The customer record lives in several places.
Two tools, one customer
Email runs in another platform, so the text and the email never see each other.
Support can't pause a send
Someone waiting on a refund still gets the flash-sale text.
The bill keeps splitting
Messaging, email, helpdesk and CRM each bring their own subscription and their own list of customers.

What it costs, side by side.
Postscript charges a monthly plan fee plus a rate per message, with no contract required. Landing charges for the people who build in it, keeps your first 2,500 contacts free, and draws SMS from a shared credit pool.

And still to buy separately: an email platform, a helpdesk, a CRM and projects.
a month on Landing, billed yearly, ex VAT
Includes SMS and email flows, forms, consent receipts, segments, attribution, helpdesk, CRM, checkout and projects.
Work out your own priceExample team: three people who run marketing and the shop every day, five across service and fulfilment. Credits for AI, SMS and lookups come from a shared pool each Builder adds to.
Switching is our job, not yours.
We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.
We map your stack
Show us Postscript, your email tool and the rest. We agree what moves where, and what ready means, before you commit.
We move both channels
Moving your data is part of the switch: SMS subscribers with consent and your core flows. If email is on Klaviyo or Mailchimp, our importers bring that across too.
You sign it off
Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.
But we're a Shopify SMS brand.
Here are the questions Shopify teams ask us most.
Does Landing work with our Shopify store?
Yes. Your catalogue syncs in, and the Shopify flows (abandoned checkout, browse abandonment, back in stock, price drop) can send email, SMS or both.
Can we bring our email platform across at the same time?
Yes. We have direct importers for Klaviyo and Mailchimp, and move anything else as part of the switch.
How is SMS charged on Landing?
SMS is in the Growth plan and each message draws from a shared credit pool that every Builder seat adds to.
Will our support team see marketing texts?
Yes. Tickets and messages sit on the same customer record, and flows can hold a text while a ticket is open.
“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
