Landing Platform vs Qualtrics: feedback that reaches the customer
Qualtrics is an experience-management platform sold by quote. Landing puts your surveys, NPS and customer satisfaction scores on the same record as the orders, tickets and deals they are about, then acts on them with flows, tickets and tasks. Priced per person, in public.

Landing suits you if
- You want every score filed against the customer who gave it
- You want a low score to open a ticket or a task the same minute
- You want a price you can work out today, not a sales cycle
Where the insight gets stuck.
Collecting feedback is the easy part. Getting it to the people who can fix things is where it stalls.
A quote before a question
Every Qualtrics product says "Request pricing". You budget for listening before you can see what listening costs.
Priced by what you collect
Customer experience products are metered by interactions, research by responses and video minutes, and employee products by headcount. Listen more, pay more.
Insight on one side, action on the other
The score lives in one platform, the customer in a CRM, the follow-up email in a third. Someone still has to join them up.
Landing Platform vs Qualtrics, line by line.
Qualtrics is built to study experience. Landing is built to act on it, on the record every team already works from.

What it costs, side by side.
Qualtrics prices each product by quote, metered on interactions or headcount. Landing charges per person who works in it, with a public price and no charge per response.

Qualtrics, as it lists it
How Qualtrics is sold, as its pricing page describes it, September 2026.
And still to buy separately: the CRM, the email platform and the helpdesk the follow-up runs through.
a month on Landing, billed yearly, ex VAT
Includes surveys and NPS with no response charge, CRM, email flows, SMS, helpdesk, web analytics, session replay and dashboards that refresh themselves.
Work out your own priceExample team: four people in marketing and customer experience who build surveys and flows, sixteen who work tickets, log time and read the dashboards. Credits for AI and SMS come from a shared pool each Builder adds to.
Switching is our job, not yours.
We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.
We map your stack
Show us your Qualtrics setup and the tools around it. We agree what moves where, and what "ready" means for each tool, before you commit to anything.
We move your programme across
We rebuild your surveys with their logic, bring past responses over and match each one to a contact, so scores sit on the customer record from day one. We move your data as part of the switch.
You sign it off
Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.
But Qualtrics is the market leader.
It is a serious platform. Here is what teams ask when they weigh it against one system.
Can Landing run NPS and customer satisfaction surveys?
Yes. NPS and rating questions are field types in every form, one question per screen with logic jumps and answer piping. Send them from a flow after an order, a closed ticket or a finished project, and the score lands on the contact, ready to segment on.
What happens when a customer gives a low score?
A flow acts on it straight away: it can open a deal or a task, alert the account owner, or send a follow-up email, and text them on Growth. Their orders, tickets and deals sit on the same record, so whoever picks it up has the whole story.
Is there a charge per response?
No. You pay for the people who work in Landing and for the contacts you market to, with the first 2,500 contacts free. Collect as many answers as you like.
Can we bring our survey history with us?
Yes. Switching is a service: we rebuild your surveys and bring past responses across, matched to contacts, and check the numbers before anything is switched off.
What does your stack really cost?

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
Put every score where someone can act on it.
