Landing Platform vs Formstack: forms, docs and signatures
Formstack sells forms, documents and signatures as a suite. Landing includes all three, then adds the business they feed: the CRM the answers land in, the proposal priced from your rate card, the project that starts when it is signed and the invoice that follows.

Landing suits you if
- You want forms, documents and signatures without buying a suite
- You want signed paperwork to start the work and the billing
- You want the whole team on it, not a handful of builders
Where the suite stops.
Three products bought together, still outside the business.
Builders counted, limits set
Plans set the number of builder users, forms and submissions per form, and more of each costs more.
Documents by the delivery
Document generation is counted in monthly deliveries on the Suite plan.
Signed, then re-keyed
Once a document is signed, somebody still sets up the client, the project and the invoice by hand.
Landing Platform vs Formstack, line by line.
Landing covers the forms, documents and signatures work, then keeps going to the deal, the project and the invoice.

What it costs, side by side.
Formstack charges per product or suite, with limits on builders, forms, submissions and document deliveries. Landing charges for the people who work in it every day, and signers are free.

Formstack, as it lists it
How Formstack is sold, as its pricing page listed it, September 2026.
And still to buy separately: a CRM, email marketing, booking, projects and invoicing.
a month on Landing, billed yearly, ex VAT
Includes forms, documents, e-signature, CRM, email, booking, projects, timesheets, invoicing and a client portal.
Work out your own priceExample team: four people who build forms, documents and flows every day, twelve who handle the work, sign off and log time. Anyone signing or filling in a form is free.
Switching is our job, not yours.
We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.
We map your stack
Show us your Formstack forms, document templates and signing flows, and where each one feeds. We agree what moves where, and what "ready" means, before you commit.
We rebuild and connect
We rebuild your forms and document templates in Landing, map every answer to the CRM, and bring past submissions and contacts across by CSV. Signing flows are tested end to end before you switch off.
You sign it off
Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.
But Formstack already covers forms and signing.
Fair. These are the questions operations and sales teams ask us most.
Do we need to buy documents and signatures separately?
No. Documents and e-signature are in Core, next to forms, the CRM and invoicing. There are no document delivery counts.
What does a signature on Landing prove?
Each signer is identified by their email link and consents explicitly. The certificate on the PDF records who signed, when, from which address, and a fingerprint of exactly what they signed, and anyone can check it on a public page.
What happens when a proposal is signed?
Signing a statement of work marks the deal won, creates the project with its budgets, requests the deposit through Stripe and starts retainer invoicing. Nobody re-keys a thing.
Do people who only review or approve need a full seat?
No. People who approve, comment and log time are Members, from £4 a month. Clients who review work in their portal are guests, and guests are free.
