Landing Platform vs Duda: client sites plus the work behind them

The sites are the start. Run the work, the clients and the margin too.

Duda is built for teams that sell websites to other businesses. Landing builds client sites as well, with no charge per site, then runs the work behind them: the CRM, projects, retainers, timesheets, invoices and profit per client, with a client portal in your brand.

Landing suits you if

  • You build and run sites for clients and want no charge per site
  • You want projects, retainers and invoices next to the sites
  • You want to see the profit on every client, not just the site count

Where the site count becomes a bill.

Each new client is good news. Each new site is another line.

Every site is another line

Plans include one or four published sites, then each extra site is billed on top, monthly or yearly.

Commerce and bookings extra

Ecommerce and bookings sites are priced separately from the plan, and may need further purchases.

The business runs elsewhere

The pipeline, the projects, the timesheets, the invoices and the profit on each client live in other tools.

Landing Platform vs Duda, line by line.

Both build client sites. Landing also runs the business that sells and delivers them.

What it costs, side by side.

Duda charges for the platform plan, then for each published site beyond those included, with commerce and bookings priced apart. Landing charges per person who works in it, and client sites are unlimited.

Work out your own price

Example team: five people who build sites, run accounts and sell every day, eight who deliver the work, log time and approve. Duda lists its prices in dollars, so we show them as published rather than converting.

Switching is our job, not yours.

We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.

Step 1

We map your stack

Show us your Duda setup and the tools around it. We agree what moves where, and what "ready" means for each tool, before you commit to anything.

Step 2

We move your client sites

We rebuild each client site with the same addresses, content and look, rebuild the forms to feed the CRM, keep the domains, and add a 301 redirect for any address that changes. We move your data as part of the switch.

Step 3

You sign it off

Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.

Free monthsEvery £1,000 a month you switch off earns a free month, up to three.
Billing starts when it's readyWe prove the switch works before your first invoice.
OnboardingOne month's fee, from £500, paid when your first switch is signed off.
Price lockedYour yearly price is locked for two years.

But Duda was made for agencies.

It was made for the websites. Here is what agencies and web teams ask us.

We sell websites as a product. Does Landing work for that?

Yes. Build as many client sites as you like, each on the client's own domain, with clients pinning comments on pages as they review. There is no charge per site, so a new client never adds a line to your bill.

How do clients see progress and pay?

Through a client portal in your brand: their projects, invoices, tickets and deliverables in one place. Clients are free, and invoices can come from hours, milestones or retainers.

Can we see which clients are actually profitable?

On Growth, yes. Hours logged against each client, project and person sit next to the revenue they bring in, so profit per client is a report, not a spreadsheet.

What happens to the sites we already run on Duda?

We move them for you, one agreed batch at a time, with the same content and addresses and redirects wherever something changes. Billing starts only when you have signed them off.

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
