Landing Platform vs CoSchedule: calendar, projects and time
CoSchedule organises marketing on a calendar. Landing does that, then carries on: the same plan sits beside boards and Gantt, timesheets that fill from Outlook, email and pages, the CRM and the margin on every client. One login for the plan and the delivery.

Landing suits you if
- You want the calendar and the project plan to be one thing
- You want time and cost against every campaign
- You want email, pages and social under the same login
Where the plan and the work drift apart.
The calendar is right. Everything around it is somewhere else.
Plan here, work there
Campaigns are planned in CoSchedule and delivered in a project tool, so deadlines live in two places and only one of them is current.
No hours, no margin
Nobody can say what a campaign cost to make, because time is tracked somewhere the calendar cannot see.
Profiles billed one by one
Extra social profiles and X profiles are charged per profile, per month, on top of the seats.
Landing Platform vs CoSchedule, line by line.
On planning and scheduling, Landing covers the ground. It goes further on delivery, time and money.

What it costs, side by side.
CoSchedule charges per user seat and per social profile, with X profiles billed separately. Landing charges for the people who work in it every day, and covers delivery too.

CoSchedule, as it lists it

And still to buy separately: a project tool, time tracking, an email platform, a CRM and invoicing.

Switching is our job, not yours.
We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.
We map your stack
Show us your CoSchedule calendar and the project and time tools around it. We agree what moves where, and what "ready" means, before you commit.
We move you across
We rebuild your calendar and recurring campaigns, reconnect your social profiles and set up the projects behind them. If your tasks live in ClickUp, our importer brings them with time entries and comments.
You sign it off
Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.
But CoSchedule keeps our marketing organised.
Fair. These are the questions marketing leads ask us most.
Can one plan cover campaigns and the work behind them?
Yes. The calendar holds what goes out and when, and the project board holds the tasks, owners and dependencies that get it there, on the same record, so a slipped task shows against the date.
Will people have to fill in timesheets?
Rarely. Each night, meetings in a person's Outlook calendar become time against the right client, capped at the hours they owe, and anything they typed is left alone.
Does it replace our email tool as well?
Yes. Email campaigns and flows with a real send engine, your own sending domain and segments on the whole customer record are in Core.
Do people who only review or approve need a full seat?
No. People who approve, comment and log time are Members, from £4 a month. Clients who review work in their portal are guests, and guests are free.
