Landing Platform vs Braze: messaging without the contract
Braze is a large-scale engagement platform, priced by monthly active users and credits through a sales conversation. Landing sends email and SMS from flows built on the same record as your orders, deals and support tickets, and publishes its price.

Landing suits you if
- You want email and SMS on the same record as sales, support and orders
- You want a price you can work out yourself, not a quote
- You would rather not staff a data team to feed the messaging tool
Where the cost hides.
Braze is built for scale. The bill is built the same way.
A quote, not a price
Pricing scales with monthly active users and a credit model across channels, and the figures come from sales.
Data has to be sent in
Orders, deals and tickets live elsewhere and have to be piped in before a message can use them.
One layer of the stack
It sends the message. The CRM, the checkout and the helpdesk the customer touches are still separate products.
Landing Platform vs Braze, line by line.
Landing's flows start from what the business already knows about each person, because it is the same system that sold to them and supported them.

What it costs, side by side.
Braze publishes how it charges, not what. Landing publishes both: seats for your team and a falling rate per contact.

Braze, as it lists it

And still to buy separately: a CRM, checkout, a helpdesk and the data pipes that join them.
a month on Landing, billed yearly, ex VAT
Includes email and SMS flows, segments on the whole customer record, your own events, checkout and subscriptions, a helpdesk, CRM, attribution, A/B testing and a dedicated sending IP.
Work out your own priceExample team: four people who run lifecycle, content and analytics every day, eight who approve, answer tickets and see dashboards. Scale is billed yearly. Credits for AI and SMS come from a shared pool each Builder adds to.
Switching is our job, not yours.
We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.
We map your stack
Show us your Braze setup and the tools around it. We agree what moves where, and what "ready" means for each tool, before you commit to anything.
We move Braze across
We move your contacts, consent and suppressions, rebuild your key journeys as flows and point your events at Landing's API. Every flow is checked against its original before you switch off.
You sign it off
Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.
But we already use Braze.
Fair. Here are the questions teams ask us most when they're weighing it up.
Can Landing handle a large audience?
Yes. Scale is built for big audiences, with a dedicated sending IP, and contacts get cheaper per thousand as your list grows. Sends are paced to each inbox provider's limits.
Our app sends events to Braze today. Can it send them to Landing?
Yes. Your app or site posts events to Landing's API, and each one appears in the segment builder and as a flow trigger from the first time it is recorded. You can ask "did this at least three times in the last 30 days" without defining anything up front.
What do we gain beyond messaging?
The rest of the customer. Orders, subscriptions, support tickets and deals live on the same record, so a flow can hold a promotion while a complaint is open or skip someone already in a sales conversation, with no sync to maintain.
How does SMS pricing work?
SMS is on Growth and above, and each message draws from a shared credit pool your Builder seats fill. You can top up whenever you like.
