Landing Platform vs Podia: courses joined to CRM and email
Podia sells courses, downloads and memberships from one simple storefront. Landing sells them too, then puts every buyer into a CRM with email flows, invoices and support, so a download today can become a client tomorrow.

Landing suits you if
- You sell digital products and services side by side
- You'd rather pay no platform fee on your sales
- You want buyers in a real CRM, not just a list
Where simple starts to cost.
Podia is easy to start on. Growing means upgrading.
A fee on the first tier
The entry plan takes a 5% transaction fee on your sales, on top of card processing.
Caps that climb
Products, videos and email subscribers are capped per tier, so a bigger list means a bigger plan.
Buyers, not relationships
When a buyer wants a quote, an invoice or ongoing work, that happens in other tools with other logins.
Landing Platform vs Podia, line by line.

What it costs, side by side.
Podia prices by tier, with a transaction fee on the first and caps on each. Landing charges for your team and your contacts, and takes nothing from your sales.

Podia, as it lists it
How Podia is sold (as listed on their site, September 2026).
And still to buy separately: a CRM, quoting and invoicing, and a helpdesk.
a month on Landing, billed yearly, ex VAT
Includes courses, digital products, subscriptions, checkout, email and flows, pages, CRM, quotes, invoices and a helpdesk.
Work out your own priceExample: you and one teammate as Builders, the minimum. Podia lists its prices in dollars, so we show them as published. Card processing is charged by your payment provider.
Moving off Podia is our job.
We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.
Agree what ready means
We go through your Podia storefront with you: products, courses, buyers and your email list, and write down what "ready" means.
We move Podia across
We move your data as part of the switch: courses, downloads, buyers and what they own, and your subscribers with their consent, while Podia keeps selling.
You check it, then you pay
You buy a product, open a lesson and receive the email flow. Billing starts only once it meets the criteria you signed off.
But we already use Podia.
Fair. Here are the questions creators ask us most.
Podia is simple. Is Landing harder to use?
You start with finished products, set up with you, not a blank canvas. We move your storefront across, and you check it works before billing starts.
Do you take a cut of our sales?
No, on any plan. Your payment provider charges card processing, and that's it.
Can a buyer become a client?
Yes. Every buyer is a contact in the CRM. When they want more, send a quote for signature, invoice it and track the work as a project, without changing tools.
What does it cost for just the two of us?
Two Builders is the minimum, from £29 each a month on Core. Your first 2,500 contacts are free, and buyers and students never count as seats.
Running an affiliate programme?
Use the free commission calculator to set rates that still pay you.
“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
