Landing Platform vs Rebuy: recommendations tied to every order

Recommendations that know the whole customer, not just the basket.

Rebuy sells personalisation, upsells and cross-sells for Shopify, priced by orders a month. Landing recommends from the same record as your email flows, CRM, support and till, and reports clicks and revenue for every slot.

Landing suits you if

  • You want your bill to stay put when order volume grows
  • You want recommendation slots and email flows reading the same orders
  • You run a shop floor or a team behind the store as well

Where a better month costs more.

Rebuy is built around the Shopify basket. The bill and the boundaries follow from that.

Priced on orders

Every plan is priced on orders per month, so a better month is a bigger bill.

Support on top

A dedicated success manager is a separate Premium Support package, at $499 a month.

One slice of the customer

Recommendations live in one app; email, CRM and support live in others, each with its own copy of the customer.

Landing Platform vs Rebuy, line by line.

Landing covers the recommendation work, then joins it to the teams who look after the customer.

Plan tags show where a feature starts on Landing: Core, Growth or Scale. Rebuy details reflect its publicly available plans as of 2026; check current details on its own site.

What it costs, side by side.

Rebuy prices by the orders your store takes each month. Landing prices by the people who run the business, so a record month doesn't move the bill.

Work out your own price

Example team: three people who run the store and its marketing every day, four who handle orders and support. Landing prices are in pounds; Rebuy lists its prices in dollars, so we show both as published, September 2026. Credits for AI, SMS and lookups come from a shared pool each Builder adds to.

Switching is our job, not yours.

We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.

Step 1

We map your stack

Show us your Rebuy setup and the tools around it. We agree what moves where, and what "ready" means for each tool, before you commit to anything.

Step 2

We move Rebuy across

We sync your catalogue, set up a named slot for each place Rebuy shows products today, and move your settings across as part of the switch. Slots render into your existing theme, with clicks and revenue reported from day one.

Step 3

You sign it off

Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.

Free monthsEvery £1,000 a month you switch off earns a free month, up to three.
Billing starts when it's readyWe prove the switch works before your first invoice.
OnboardingOne month's fee, from £500, paid when your first switch is signed off.
Price lockedYour yearly price is locked for two years.

But Rebuy is built for Shopify.

So is Landing's store side. Here are the questions Shopify teams ask us most when they are weighing it up.

Does Landing do cross-sells on the basket page?

Yes. Cart-related and bought-together strategies fill named slots on product and basket pages, built nightly from your real orders, with clicks and revenue reported per slot.

What does a brand-new store see before there is any order history?

Something useful. A slot falls back through trending, popularity and newest, so a new store shows its newest products rather than an empty shelf, and the report says which step filled it.

Can a slot show sale items only?

Yes. Each slot carries its own filters, and the fallbacks obey them too, so a sale-only slot never fills with full-price products. Out-of-stock products are filtered before anything is shown.

Do we have to change our Shopify theme?

No. Slots render into your existing theme, styled to match, and the rest of Landing works alongside your store.

What is your stack really costing?

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
