Landing Platform vs Rentle: rentals joined to CRM and email

Every hire lands on a customer your whole team can see.

Rentle, now Twice Commerce, is built for rental and resale shops. Landing takes rentals by the day or night and joins each one to the CRM, email flows, invoices and support inbox, so a hire is the start of a relationship, not a line in a separate system.

Landing suits you if

  • You want rentals, sales and email marketing on one customer
  • You'd rather pay for your team than per location plus a cut of payments
  • You want quotes, invoices and support next to every booking

Where the bookings stop talking.

A rental system knows who hired what. The rest of your tools don't.

Priced per location

Each shop adds a monthly fee per location, and the payment commission scales with every hire you take.

A list in another tool

The customers who hired from you last season are the best people to email this season, but your email tool doesn't know what they hired.

Sales and support elsewhere

Group and corporate hires need quotes, a pipeline and a support inbox, each one another tool and another login.

Landing Platform vs Rentle, line by line.

Rentle covers the rental and resale counter. Landing covers the rental counter and the business behind it.

What it costs, side by side.

Rentle charges per location and takes a commission on payments. Landing charges for the people who work in it every day, and takes nothing from your hires.

Work out your own price

Example team: four people who run bookings, sales and marketing, eight who prepare kit and work the counter. Rentle lists its prices in euros, so we show them as published. Card processing is charged by your payment provider.

Switching is our job, not yours.

We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.

Step 1

We map your locations

Show us your Rentle setup: products, rates, locations and the tools around it. We agree what moves and what "ready" means before you commit.

Step 2

We move your rentals across

We move your data as part of the switch: products and rates, customers and their history, and upcoming bookings. Past hirers become contacts your email flows can reach.

Step 3

You sign it off

Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.

Free monthsEvery £1,000 a month you switch off earns a free month, up to three.
Billing starts when it's readyWe prove the switch works before your first invoice.
OnboardingOne month's fee, from £500, paid when your first switch is signed off.
Price lockedYour yearly price is locked for two years.

But we already use Rentle.

Fair. Here are the questions rental teams ask us most.

Rentle is now Twice Commerce. Does that change the comparison?

Not the question that matters. Twice Commerce covers rental, resale and subscriptions for shops. Landing covers rentals, subscriptions and checkout, then adds the CRM, email, helpdesk, invoicing and projects that a growing rental business ends up buying separately.

Can we email people based on what they hired?

Yes. Every hire is an order on the customer record, so segments and flows can use it: a reminder before the season, a follow-up after the return, or an offer on what they hired last year.

How are deposits handled?

Two ways, kept apart. A booking deposit is a part-payment of the hire. A security deposit is a refundable hold on the card against damage and is never counted as revenue. The balance is charged automatically before pickup, or taken at handover.

Do we pay per location on Landing?

No. You pay for the people who work in Landing: Builders from £29 and Members from £4 a month. Customers are free, and we take no commission on your hires.

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
