Landing Platform vs Factorial: HR and time that bill

Your HR already tracks project hours. Now turn them into invoices.

Factorial joins HR, time, shifts and project hours in one tool, priced per user with modules tailored to you. Landing does the people and time work too, then carries those hours into quotes, invoices, retainers and profit per client.

Landing suits you if

  • You sell your team's time to clients
  • You want hours to become invoices without an export
  • You want sales, marketing and service on the same record

Where the hours stop.

Factorial records project time well. What happens to it next is someone else's tool.

Hours without a client

Project hours export for analysis, but the deal, the quote and the invoice live elsewhere.

Modules by the user

Time, talent, finance and IT management are modules added to the per-user price.

No sales side

There is no CRM, email marketing or helpdesk to connect the work to the client who pays for it.

Landing Platform vs Factorial, line by line.

Level on HR and project time. Further ahead on everything those hours are for.

What it costs, side by side.

Factorial starts per user and adds modules to a plan a specialist designs with you. Landing publishes one price per seat, with everything in the plan.

Switching is our job, not yours.

We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.

Step 1

We map people, time and billing

Your Factorial modules, projects and whatever sends the invoice. We agree what "ready" means.

Step 2

We move Factorial across

We move your data as part of the switch: people, balances, documents and projects, checked before anyone logs a day.

Step 3

You sign it off

Billing starts only once it meets the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.

Free monthsEvery £1,000 a month you switch off earns a free month, up to three.
Billing starts when it's readyWe prove the switch works before your first invoice.
OnboardingOne month's fee, from £500, paid when your first switch is signed off.
Price lockedYour yearly price is locked for two years.

But Factorial already has projects.

Fair. Here are the questions teams ask us most.

How is Landing's project time different?

Timesheets fill themselves overnight from each person's Outlook calendar, matched to the right client from who was invited. Then those hours become invoices, draw down retainers and cost at each person's real salary.

Can we invoice straight from hours?

Yes. Invoices come from hours, milestones or retainers, on the same record as the client, the deal and the quote they signed.

Do we get reviews and pay bands too?

Yes, on Growth, with progression plans that apply the promotion and pay rise when every goal is met.

What do people who only log time cost?

They are Members, from £4 a month. Clients and guests are free.

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
