Landing Platform vs CharlieHR: small-team HR, and the rest
CharlieHR makes HR simple for small teams: onboarding, time off, reviews and records, priced by team size. Landing does that people work too, and adds timesheets, a rota, projects, sales and invoicing on the same record.

Landing suits you if
- Your small team also runs projects, clients and invoices
- You want timesheets and leave on one calendar
- You want one tool as the team grows, not another to add
Where simple HR stops.
CharlieHR handles the people admin. The rest of the business is somewhere else.
People, not work
It knows who is off, not what they are working on or which client the week went to.
Growth costs extra
Hiring and HR advice come as paid add-ons on top of the plan.
Tools pile up
Time tracking, projects, CRM and invoicing each need another subscription as you grow.

Switching is our job, not yours.
We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.
We map your team's tools
CharlieHR plus whatever tracks time, projects and clients. We agree what "ready" means first.
We move CharlieHR across
We move your data as part of the switch: people, balances and documents, checked before anyone books leave.
You sign it off
Billing starts only once it meets the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.
But we're a small team.
Fair. Here are the questions small teams ask us most.
Is Landing too much for a team of twenty?
You only use what you need. People, leave and timesheets work on day one, and projects, CRM and invoicing are there when you want them, already on the same records.
Can new starters sign their contract in Landing?
Yes. Offer letters and policies are sent, signed in the browser and filed against the person, with no separate signing tool.
Does leave show up anywhere useful?
Yes. Approved leave appears on the timesheet by itself, and the project plan shows the gap before it bites.
What does a team member cost?
Anyone who books leave, logs time and approves is a Member, from £4 a month. Guests are free.
Logging hours for clients?
