Landing Platform vs LearnWorlds: training inside your business

Assess them, certify them, and keep every learner on one record.

LearnWorlds is built for training academies. Landing runs courses, assessments and certificates inside the system that also runs your CRM, email, invoicing, projects and HR, so the people you train and the companies that pay are in one place.

Landing suits you if

  • You train for companies, and need the deal and the invoice beside the course
  • You want assessments with a proper report, not only quiz scores
  • You want your own team's training in the same system

Where the academy sits apart.

LearnWorlds runs the learning. The business around it runs elsewhere.

Learners set the tier

Plans cap active learners each month, and the entry plan adds a fee on every paid enrolment.

Emails by the credit

Email automations run on monthly email credits set by plan, with extra sold as an add-on.

The client is elsewhere

The company buying the training lives in a separate CRM, joined by Zapier or a HubSpot connection on the higher plans.

Landing Platform vs LearnWorlds, line by line.

LearnWorlds is a capable academy. Landing adds the business that sells and delivers it.

Work out your own price

Example team: four people who design, sell and run programmes, six trainers who deliver, log time and support learners. LearnWorlds lists its prices in dollars, so we show them as published.

Moving off LearnWorlds is our job.

We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.

Step 1

Agree what ready means

We go through your LearnWorlds academy with you: courses, learners, assessments and certificates, and the clients who pay for them.

Step 2

We move LearnWorlds across

We move your data as part of the switch: courses, lessons and quizzes, learners and enrolments, and certificates already earned.

Step 3

You check it, then you pay

You take a course, sit an assessment and check a certificate's verification link. Billing starts only once it meets the criteria you signed off.

Free monthsEvery £1,000 a month you switch off earns a free month, up to three.
Billing starts when it's readyWe prove the switch works before your first invoice.
OnboardingOne month's fee, from £500, paid when your first switch is signed off.
Price lockedYour yearly price is locked for two years.

But we already use LearnWorlds.

Fair. Here are the questions training companies ask us most.

What do Landing's assessments do beyond a quiz?

They produce a profile. An instrument is scored into a report each learner sees privately, with charts and a PDF they can download. Quizzes and graded questions are there too, and certificates carry a verification page anyone can check.

Can the company paying for training see it in the CRM?

Yes. The client is a company in the CRM with its deal, quote, signed agreement and invoice. Its learners take seats you sold at volume prices and log in free.

Can we train our own staff on it as well?

Yes. Assign courses from your own academy to your team, next to their HR record, leave and reviews, in the same system.

Is there a limit on active learners?

No. Learners are guests, and guests are free, however many you train each month.

“We were running PR, social scheduling and the rest of our marketing across half a dozen tools that never talked. Now we plan, schedule and measure from a single screen.”
