Landing Platform vs Klevu: faster search, joined to the rest
Klevu gives you AI search and merchandising, sold on its own. Landing gives you site search that measured faster under load, plus recommendations, email, a CRM, a helpdesk and checkout, all reading the same customer record.

Landing suits you if
- You want search that stays quick at your busiest hour
- You want search, email and orders to know the same shopper
- You'd rather have one bill than a search contract plus five more tools
Where the search stack leaks.
Search is one tool. The customer it serves lives in six others.
Speed under load
A search that is quick for one shopper can slow down when ten search at once, which is exactly when your store is busiest.
A shopper in pieces
What someone searched for sits in Klevu. What they bought, opened and asked sits in your email tool, your store and your helpdesk.
One more contract
Klevu is now sold by Athos Commerce on quote, with annual plans, on top of everything else you already pay for.
Landing Platform vs Klevu, line by line.
On search, Landing covers the ground a merchandiser needs, and in our tests it answered faster. Then it keeps going into the rest of the business.

What it costs, side by side.
Klevu is quoted, with annual plans and modules on top. On Landing you pay for the people who run the store, and search is part of the Scale plan, sold yearly.

Switching is our job, not yours.
We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.
We map your stack
Show us your Klevu setup and the tools around it. We agree what moves where, and what "ready" means for search, before you commit to anything.
We move Klevu across
We index your catalogue, carry over your synonyms, redirects and boost rules, and run your top searches side by side until the results match or beat what you have. Then Klevu goes off.
You sign it off
Billing starts only when we have shown it works against the criteria you set. Then we move the next tool, one a month.
But we already use Klevu.
Fair. Here are the questions teams ask us most when they're weighing it up.
How did you measure the speed against Klevu?
In September 2026 we timed searches on live storefronts: Landing on a live store we run search for, Klevu on one of its own customers' stores, each asked a set of different search terms once. Landing answered in a median 174ms from cold and stayed fastest with ten searches at once, where Klevu was 2.6 times slower.
Do we lose our synonyms and merchandising rules?
No. We carry them across as part of the switch: synonyms, redirects, boost and bury, and pinned products. Landing also suggests new synonyms from what shoppers retype, and lists searches that return nothing so you can fix them.
Can search and email really share one shopper?
Yes. Searches, orders, email and support sit on one customer record. Flows such as browse abandonment and back in stock run from the same platform that answers the search.
Does Landing work on our Shopify theme?
Yes. It attaches to your own search box and takes your theme's look, then shows results in our overlay or on your own search page using your own product cards.
