Landing Platform vs Kajabi: courses plus the whole business
Kajabi sells courses, coaching and communities with email and pages alongside. Landing does the courses, email and pages, then runs the rest: a CRM with deals, invoices, a helpdesk, projects and a team that grows without a new tier.

Landing suits you if
- Courses are one income stream among several
- You sell to companies as well as to individuals
- You want a real CRM and helpdesk behind the courses
Where the tiers start to bite.
Kajabi is simple to start. Growing on it means climbing its limits.
Contacts set the tier
Each plan caps your contacts, products and admin users, and more contacts are sold in blocks of 25,000 a month.
A fee on outside payments
Take payment through a third-party processor and Kajabi adds its own percentage, highest on the Basic plan.
The rest of the business
Selling to companies, quoting, invoicing, support and delivery still need a CRM, a helpdesk and a project tool on the side.
Landing Platform vs Kajabi, line by line.

What it costs, side by side.
Kajabi prices by tier, with contacts, products and admins capped on each. Landing charges for the people who work in it and the contacts you market to, and students are free.

Kajabi, as it lists it
How Kajabi is sold (as listed on their site, September 2026).
And still to buy separately: a CRM for deals, invoicing, a helpdesk and a project tool.
a month on Landing, billed yearly, ex VAT
Includes courses with AI tools, email and flows, pages and sites, checkout, invoices, CRM, helpdesk, projects and affiliates.
Work out your own priceExample team: three people who create, market and sell, two who support students and log time. Kajabi lists its prices in dollars, so we show them as published. Card processing is charged by your payment provider.
Moving off Kajabi is our job.
We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready.
We map your products
We go through your Kajabi courses, offers, contacts and emails with you, and write down what "ready" means: every student able to log in, every course complete.
We move Kajabi across
We move your data as part of the switch: courses and lessons, students and what they own, contacts and tags, while Kajabi keeps selling.
You check it, then you pay
You log in as a student, finish a lesson and buy through the new checkout. Billing starts only once it meets the criteria you signed off.
But we already use Kajabi.
Fair. Here are the questions course businesses ask us most.
Kajabi already does email and pages. What's the gain?
The rest of the business. Kajabi covers the creator side well. Landing covers it too, then adds a CRM with deals, quotes and e-signature, invoices, a helpdesk, projects and HR, all on the same customer record.
Can we sell a course to a whole company?
Yes. Sell team seats at volume prices, send a quote for signature, invoice it, and track the deal in the pipeline. The learners log in free.
What happens as our list grows?
Your first 2,500 contacts are free, then the price per contact falls as the list grows. There are no product caps, and students are guests, not seats.
Will students have to start again?
No. We bring across what each student owns, and we check every lesson before anyone is invited over.
