Landing Platform vs 15Five: check-ins joined to HR and time
15Five is built around check-ins, reviews and engagement, with AI, coaching and compensation sold as add-ons. Landing runs goals, check-ins, reviews and progression on the same record as HR, leave, timesheets and pay.

Landing suits you if
- You want check-ins next to the hours, leave and projects behind them
- You want meeting notes without a per-employee add-on
- You want a progression plan that applies the pay rise
Where the add-ons creep in.
The core plan is only the start of the bill.
Add-ons per person
The AI meeting assistant is charged per employee, the AI coach per manager, and compensation per user on top of the plan.
Annual only
15Five bills annually. Adding seats mid-year adds to a contract rather than a monthly bill.
Check-ins without context
A weekly check-in can't see the leave someone hasn't taken or the hours they logged, because those live in other tools.
Landing Platform vs 15Five, line by line.
Landing covers the check-in and review work, then joins it to HR, time and pay.

Includes goals, check-ins, reviews, progression plans, pay bands, meeting notes, HR records, leave, timesheets and profit per client.
Work out your own priceExample team: three people who run HR and operations every day, forty-seven who check in on goals, book leave and log time. No marketing contacts. Credits for AI come from a shared pool each Builder adds to.
Moving off 15Five is our job.
We move you over one tool a month, against success criteria we agree with you up front. You don't pay until we prove each one is ready. See how a switch runs.
We map your rhythm
We look at your check-in cadence, review cycles, objectives and surveys, and agree what "ready" means before you commit.
We move your data
We move your data as part of the switch: people, managers, objectives and review history, so nobody starts a check-in from a blank page.
You sign it off
Your managers run a real check-in round on Landing. Billing starts only when it meets the criteria you set, then we move the next tool.
But we already use 15Five.
Fair. Here are the questions managers ask us most.
Does Landing have weekly check-ins like 15Five?
Every goal carries a dated check-in log that the employee and manager add to, and entries can't be rewritten later. The check-in sits beside the person's hours, leave and projects, so the conversation starts from facts.
Is AI an extra per employee on Landing?
No. On Growth, AI draws from a shared credit pool that your Builder seats fill, and meeting notes that file into the CRM are included.
Can a review lead straight to a promotion?
Yes. A progression plan sets the next role and salary with the goals to earn it. When every goal is met, one click writes the new role and pay into their history.
Do people who only check in need a full seat?
No. They are Members, from £4 a month. Clients and guests are free.
